The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (the "e-Sign Act") requires that we provide the following disclosure and that you agree to it by clicking the "Accept" button at the bottom of this page before we can permit you to continue with the application process.
Electronic Copies of Disclosures.
If you are applying for access to our Online Banking or Online Bill Payment service, we will provide our Online Banking Agreement and Disclosure electronically. When you are approved for either relationship, we will send you a packet containing helpful information about using the service and will include a paper copy of the Online Banking Agreement and Disclosure.
Paper Copies of Disclosures.
You have the right to request paper copies of any disclosures related to your account. To do so, please contact any of our branch offices, or telephone us at 1-800-671-5622, ext. 121, or e-mail us at info@katahdintrust.com, or send us your request using the secure Guest Book on our web site.
Hardware and Software Requirements to Access and Retain Disclosures.
To receive an electronic copy of the disclosures, you must have a personal computer or Internet appliance, Internet access and an Internet browser with 128-bit encryption.
You may retain the disclosures electronically by saving them to your hard disk drive or a floppy disk using the Save function in your Internet browser. You may retain a paper copy of the disclosures by using the Print function in your Internet browser.
Consent to Receive Electronic Disclosures.
By clicking the "Accept" button below, you are agreeing to accept electronic disclosures this one time only. You are not consenting to receive other electronic disclosures in the future, nor are you consenting to receive other electronic records such as your bank statements or cancelled checks.
If you click the "Decline" button below, you will not be permitted to continue with the electronic application process.
