When you sign in, not only do we confirm your user ID and password but we attempt to recognize your computer as one you've used before to access online banking.
If you sign in from a computer we don't recognize, you will be prompted to enter a security access code before accessing your accounts online. Simply choose your designated email address displayed on the screen and then the one-time security access code will be emailed to you. Need to change your email address?
Please check that the email address we have on file for you is correct. If not, you will not be able to retrieve the security code required to access Business Online Banking.
Simply ask your Company Administrator to change and/or verify your email address. If you are the Company Administrator, please call our Electronic Banking Department at 1-855-331-3221 and we'll be happy to update your email address.
Keep in mind that if a user is away from the office and wants to access online banking from a computer that is not enrolled with extra security, he/she will need to access that email account in order to obtain the security code.
