If you would like to request a name change, you will need to bring an original certified document (ie. marriage certificate, divorce decree) that lists your new name to your local Katahdin Trust Company branch. At that time, we will issue a new signature card that you will sign with your new name.

To ensure the security of your personal information, your signature is required before the change of address will be processed. Your information should be updated within five (5) business days after we receive your signed form. Some changes may not be made until we are able to contact you to verify account information.
