As of Thursday, May 29, 2014 your Image & Pass Phrase will no longer be displayed when you log in to Personal, Mobile or Business Banking.

We're making it easier for you to access your account online, while continuing to protect you and your money with our powerful, multilayered security system.

Here's how our powerful security measures work:

login The access process begins with you typing in your correct Username and Password.

deviceThen we check the device you are using – whether it’s your computer, mobile phone or tablet. If we don’t recognize the device, we may ask you to answer a Security Challenge Question to ensure your identity.

locationWe also check geographic indicators. If you’re trying to log in from a new location, we may ask additional questions.

Before entering your password or answering the Security Challenge, check your browser's address bar. We've added an additional layer of security that shows if you are connected to a safe server. If your browser's address bar is GREEN, your connection is safe. If it's not GREEN, stop your log in process and Contact Us.

What is changing with my online banking login process?

As of May 29, 2014, your private image and pass phrase will no longer be displayed when logging in to our online banking services.

Who is affected?

Customers that utilize our Personal Online Banking, Mobile Banking, or Business Online Banking.

Is online banking secure?

Yes, we want you to know your account is safe with us. Multiple channels of authentication are being used to protect your information. At every login attempt we verify all of the following:

  • A valid Username and Password;
  • Recognition of your computer or mobile device; and
  • Your geographic location.

Can I log in from another computer, or a different location?

Yes. For additional security, you will be required to answer a security question or verify your registered email address.

Will my password change with this update?

No, your password will not change. However, we recommend that you change your password every 3 to 6 months. Be sure to use strong passwords:

  • Minimum of 6 random characters.
  • Use at least one number, one uppercase letter, and one special character.
