Q: When will the new Business Online Banking be available? A: Beginning Tuesday, September 22nd at 11:00 AM, you'll automatically access the latest version of Business Online Banking when you log on. There's no software to install. Please note that the link to access Business Online Banking changed with the upgrade. If you use a bookmarked link, please update your bookmark with the new URL as soon as possible to avoid any interruptions in Business Online access. Q: Will all of my information be available? A: Yes. All of your information, reports, templates, and user settings from the previous version of Business Online Banking are automatically installed and ready to use.
Q: Where do I find eCheck Deposit (Merchant Capture)? A: eCheck Deposit is now located under the Checks & Deposits tab, then select Deposit Checks.
Q: Where do I find ACH and Wires? A: ACH and Wire are now located under the Payments & Transfers tab. For details, view the ACH Guide.
Q: Where do I find Stop Payments? A: The Stop Payment function is now located under the Checks & Deposits tab. If you have multiple accounts, you can select the correct account to which the stop payment should be applied from the dropdown menu.
Q: Where do I find Bill Payments? A: Now called Bill Pay, it is now located under the Payments & Transfers tab.
Q: Where is Positive Pay? A: Positive Pay can be found under the Checks & Deposits tab. There is also a quick link on the Business Online Banking home screen. For details, view the Positive Pay Guide.
Q: How do I update my personal account information? A: You can make changes to your password and security questions from the Profile tab at the top right corner of the page.
Q: How do I setup alerts? A: To set up text and email alerts, select Manage Alerts from the Business Online Banking home screen. First, add your email address and/or cell phone number under Contact Options and then select Alert Options to create and edit your alert preferences.
